What is ZooMatix
ZooMatix is an exciting and engaging Fitness Movement Education Program designed for children, emphasising the importance of a healthy and active lifestyle. Our program not only teaches kids about physical activity and nutrition but also focuses on their overall well-being.
Although fitness education is the core of our program, you can expect to see your child grow and develop in multiple areas.
Zoomatix Program
A ZooMatix instructor will visit your child’s school or a public location for an enjoyable weekly session. Each session lasts 30 minutes, incorporating music for warm-up, stretching and toning exercises, and working with age-appropriate equipment. There are a total of 8 lessons per term, with no sessions scheduled during school holidays.
